    Privacy

Privacy note: this site does not intentionally store the patient inputs you enter on this page. A temporary “result token” is created to display the prediction on the Results page, and it expires automatically (after 2 minutes). Do not enter names, MRNs, or other direct identifiers.

    Troubleshooting
I submitted the form but wasn’t redirected to Results.

Click the Go to Results button at the top of this page. If that doesn’t work, try submitting again, or refresh the page and resubmit.

Results page says “No result ID provided” or “Result expired.”

Results are kept temporarily (for 2 minutes). If you waited too long or opened the Results page directly, go back to Calculate and submit the form again.

    Results page says “Prediction failed.”

This usually means the model service couldn’t be reached. If you are testing locally, confirm your local server is running and your tunnel is active. Then resubmit the form.
